My huney and I are still researching all possible information. This answer I haven't found yet.. while waiting to file the K-1 and waiting for the approval letter on the k-1... Can my fiance come back to the states and wait here for the k-1?? or does he and his boys have to wait in Aussie before coming over?

Generally, once the K-1 has been filed, any visit to the US can be seen as an intended immigration. That said, there is nothing specifically prohibiting them from visiting as long as they bring sufficient proof of their intent to return to Oz.
