Question about step-child of USC immigrating
Hello everyone, my wife is a USA citizen, she filed for me to come live with her in the USA , I have a 16 year old son who is British , how can I get him on my application

Your wife will have to file two I-130's. One is for you and one is for your son.

HTH. In particular, that link demonstrates the importance of the question posed. As the question in this thread is posed, OP can NOT have his child included in his application. However, if the question is how to have his child immigrate, that can be done. |

Further note: Both I-130's should be submitted at the same time. This increases the chances that they will be interviewed together at the US Consulate in London.
Remember that you will need to submit two of everything in way of forms, evidence, etc. i.e. one for hubby and one for stepson. |
