Question about Packet 3

Question about Packet 3
Hey everyone.....since I got approved recently for my I-130, I was wondering if
anyone from Canada knows how long it takes to get packet 3 (from the time you get
your 2nd NOA) till the time it arrived by mail. (Obviously an approximation will do)
Also do I get the checklist first ? Then packet 3? or does it all come at the same
time then just send in the checklist and round up packet 3 info?
Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.
