Hey does anyone know how the K-3 visa works. I want to start my application from
Vancouver Canada soon but I also want to be able to move to the US in the next couple
months (If I apply can I still enter the country or do I have to wait until
application is done). I heard that you can apply outside of the country and then go
to the US (do I need special permission to do this?) and apply for a change of
status? I was researching imigration laws online and found something called the Life
Act that was started last year.....Apparently I can start the application now and
move to the US. If I can do this do you also know if I can get work Authorization
before I get there, that way I can have something ready before I head down?

Thank you all for your help!!!
