Question about I-539
I'm changing from one H-1B1 employer to another. I have to submit
!-539 for change of status for my wife and son. I know I can use the
same form for both of them but do I have to pay twice ($140 for
each)or only once?

---- ------------You have to pay $140 for each H4 extension as USCIS fess, for 2 it will be $280 file your wife, son I-539 with your H1 transfer and send in the same envelope
