Hi all, I've a question about the g-325a form. I have been teaching English in China
on a tourist Visa for the past several months, but as I understand I must be residing
in the US to petition for a K-1 visa, right? Now, I'm using my parents address as my
residence but that means I have to say I'm unemployed. Will that affect my fiance
being able to come when I fill out the Affidavit of Support form (even though I will
have my father as a co-sponsorer) I hear that even if there is enough finacial
support from co-sponsorers that the visa can be rejected if the visa officer thinks
the fincee may become a public charge. How, then, should I fill this part out?
Question #2 I've changed jobs several times and there aren't enough blanks for me to
list all previous jobs held in the last 5 years. What should I do? Thanx in advance
for the help. Bill Davidson http://gopbill.8m.com

The cosponsor should be adequate. If you have a Us teaching certificate, I see no
reason why your ability to find work would be questioned...god knows we need
teachers! As for changing jobs and not enough space: attach a separate sheet and list
them, make a reference to that sheet on the original form.
