OK, adjustment of status is done and green card is received. My wife's foreign
passport expires in two years.
(A) When traveling abroad, does her green card act as a visa for re-entry to the
U.S., or is something else needed?
(B) Since her foreign passport expires in two years, must she go back to her
country to get it renewed? I imagine that this is so, otherwise she won't be
able to leave the country again unless she becomes a citizen, right?
Thanks!

A. To re-enter she needs a valid passport and the green card.
B. Your wife can probably renew her passport in the US via her country of
citizenship's consulate or embassy. You might want to check with them well in
advance to find out what they require (photos, money, time, etc). Generally, you
send the passport with required forms, photos, money, the embassy/consulate renews
said passport and sends it back.
