Exclamation Question about E2 visa

I contacted a lawyer immigration in America
I asked him if the amount of 130 thousand dollars, enough to migrate to America
He told me that:
Dear Mr. Ali, yes you can. There is a way where you and your siblings can live and work in the U.S.
It's called an investor visa. This can be given to the whole family of they are going work in the same business. You can choose your own business or we can help you find one
Yes, the $130k should be enough under the E2 visa investor regulations.

Might be enough to get you moved, but not realistic to get a visa, well a renewal, certainly in a area that wouldn't be rather poo.

The lawyer would make a hefty wedge of cash out of this though, till you sacked him.

He wants to move his Mother, Sisters, Brothers, the whole shebang.

Reasons unspecified, location it would appear immaterial.
