Question about applying for wife -
Hi All,
I've applied for citizenship last year and am still waiting for my interview letter. I applied in May 2003, and the latest web-site status shows it's taking between 750 days and 999 days. The letter that I got from the INS office says 365 days. Which one is more accurate? There seems to be a big discrepancy between the two.
My local office is Orlando, FL. The service center is Texas.
Few questions I have:
I was wanting to wait until I get my citizenship before applying for a spousal visa for my wife. But now it seems like I still have to wait a little longer.
Is there a way I can apply for her to come over based on my current status, which is a Greencard? She is a British
citizen. If so... what application do I have to fill out and how long will this process take? What other options do I and my wife have so that she can come here sooner.
Thanks in advance for the help

For Orlando it show they are currently working on applications received Jan 2003 so yours could come up with 6 months.. waiting is still the quickest option
