Hi Everybody
I just wondering what it's better!
About sending pictures for proof of relationship. Can I send copies of
scanned photos in color, or I need to send the originals photos?
Also, the airline tickets receipts. Do I need to send the originals or
can I send copies?
Tips for building the package will appreciate!
thanks,
Luis

I sent the INS copies of all the supporting documents accompanied with a
note that originals are available upon request.

I sent color copies from a digital camera. Kept the originals on diskette. If they need them I'll send them that.

I have to admit I went a bit overboard but I sent these items:
Table of Contents of Items (all in the order they appeared)
Copies of dated digital photos of the 2 of us over 2 year period
Notarized letters of friends who "witnessed" us as a couple
Engagement announcement from local paper
Copy of contract of Reception Site for our Wedding
Copy of downpayment for florist for our Wedding
Copy of Engagement ring receipt plus copy of appraisal
Copy of downpayment to photographer for our Wedding
Boarding stubs, copies of plane tickets and flight schedule from travel agent
Good luck!

holy moly...i suddenly feel like my packet was so inadequate. haha. thats a whole lot of stuff! But we didnt want to make solid plans till we knew what was going down...his family really wants to come from england, but they dont have a ton of money so they have to know pretty far in advance...i didnt want to plan a wedding, have them get their tickets and then have it canceled for some reason. oh well, i still put in a lot of stuff, i'm sure im alright. I think i put in about 30 photos(color copies that is)

PS....although i put "earnest" money down for sites and even signed contracts for a big nuptial shindig, only the photographer and florist didnt return ALL of my money...and they have been super about working with a "floating" wedding date....We were on our FOURTH when Andy got his VISA in London...I was just very upfront with the people from the beginning and the vendors have been very understanding....oh, by the way....no huge "shindig" just a wedding in our home surrounded by some long time friends...

my fiance didn't really send any of that in.
all he sent in as valid documentation that we had met was a notarized photo
(badly printed from a lazer printer - black and white) of us.
The rest of the 'evidence of relationship' I have - all boarding passes,
airline tickes, photos, letters... etc etc including $300 phone bills![Wink](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Louis,
I used the following site as a "model" for Andy's and my K-1 Visa application:
www.kheryn.com
click on K1
She is from Illinois, and he is a Brit.
Hope you find it helpful
