Default question on 2nd noa for I-129F

what happens when processing dates posted by NBC [MSC] show they're processing applications with a latter date than my receipt and I haven't heard from them?
God willing, I should be hearing from them this week. If not, I want to know how to go about getting some type of feedback.
thanks
Randie

As I understand it, if the processing dates are 30 or more days ahead of the receipt date on your NOA1, then the application may be considered overdue. If the processing date is less than 30 days past your receipt date, it isn't considered overdue yet.

If they are overdue, you might be able to get some inquiries into your case started, by either yourself or by your US Congressmen.

Good luck,
Jamie

You could call your congressman... after we brought our congressman in, we got approved within the week (we had been way overdue by the time we contacted him).

Or is there a phone number you could call to enquire for this? I have no idea about NBC [MSC], I went through VSC.

Default 2nd NOA for I-129F almost due

thanks Jamie and Bequibar
Based on current processing dates at MSC, I'm due to receiving a reply this week or the next [my receipt date Feb 6]. I'm praying it'll be an approval of my I-129F.
