When filling out the I-129F and an answer does not apply to me (us), do =
we put NONE in the blank or N/A or just leave it blank???

It honestly depends on which question you are referring to - IMO N/A is not the "correct" answer for most of the questions, because you are not given leave to decide the applicability of the question to you within the body of the question itself. We had a discussion about this on the list not too long ago. Here is the discussion thread:
