provisional file?
Hi again,
Does anyone know if Vancouver still sets up provisional files or do we have to wait for canada post to get their rear in gear?

I'm sure that VAC knows. Why don't you ask them. I'm sure that others on this NG would be very happy if you could share what you find out.
