On March 28, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
I know this question may have been asked a hundred times before, but does this mean from the time they get it back or from the time it all started ,please dont say its a start figure again, surely they put you back in the system as of the time you left it.
if that is the case ,does this mean my 180 max days will be running out soon and they will most definately be gettting word to me /us one way or the other ,the waiting is killing me , especialy after so many hold ups.just one real no nonsence explanation will do,one i can understand ,no technical jargon,

They mean as soon as you send them the information, they will process the rest
of the file. You will not have to wait another 180 days.

Correct.
My petition was approved one week after they received the additional
evidence.
