Processing Time for RFI/I 130?
How long does it take to process a I-130 (Immediate Relative) after replying to a
Request For Information (RFI)? The Vermont Service Center (VSC) received my reply on
July 22, 2002.

they were pretty fast for me. when i sent in my two kids I-130 packets, one was
accepted and the other was returned to me asking for an additional item. I turned
around and sent the requested item back to them and received an NOA within 2 weeks or
so of sending it off the second time.
