For our NOA1 February 18, 2004 Nebraska quoted 150-180 days however we got the approval in just 99 days on May 27. Also for Peru BTW. Strangely enough that May 27 approval from Nebraska was two years TO THE DAY that Debbie sent me the first email. The piece of paper in the mail says the National Visa Center will have it sitting on their shelves for 2-4 weeks. If you send me an email I will keep you up on our progress.
