Timeline from our approval at TSC .
Called TSC Feb 3....Got approval on phone Feb 10 approval in mail March 5 th called
embassy to find out if they had approval. They said yes but since we put our marriage
date as ASAP when approved, they did not rush on it. I said we are getting married in
April. She said we will send letter out with appointment date this week. My fiance
got his interview letter on March7th. Interview was set for April 3. He went on Apr 3
and was approved. We did not do cable, but approval still got there fast. We should
have put an expected day to marry. Though ASAP when approval comes through would be
good answer. SO, from approval to interview date it was 7 weeks..

Frank, The number at the embassy that I called was 2073553335. Now when I dial that
from here in Texas it is 011442073553335. They were very nice with me. I would call
and ask what is going on....All they can say is yes or no. Good Luck

I-129F approved: 2/7/02
mailed checklist/forms: 2/15/02
rec'd packet of forms from embassy despite having already sent them (I guess it's done automatically): 2/22/02

Congrats to everyone who made it thru and thanks for the timelines. It looks like we are a week or so behind you--our 2nd NOA was Feb 20.
Fingers crossed that we get a date soon. Rick put "June" as wedding date on the forms and wrote to them on Friday with June 1 as our proposed wedding date.
Meanwhile, the waiting is really getting to me. For me, this is the hardest part.
