problem with change of address
My wife and I are about 1 and 1/2 years into the AOS process in Phoenix. (She came
over on a K-1). It's a process that can take 4 years, as many of you know.
We are moving to Charlotte at the beginning of the summer. We will be putting our
stuff in storage and going to Turkey to spend 6 weeks with her family. (Advance
Parole was one of the only things Phoenix INS got right!) We will not look for an
apartment until we return at the end of that time.
My question is should we be worried about not putting in our change of address
paperwork until we get back from Turkey? The form says it must be filed within 10
days of moving, but we will not have a new permanent address when we leave Arizona.
Does anyone have any wise advice?
