Previous Marriage termination documents from Widow fiancee
Can anyone tell me - How can a foreign widow fiancee establish that her previous marriage is terminated. Is death certificate issued by the civil authorities enough? or anything else required by CSC.

Prior marriage is ended by DEATH or divorce. So the death certficate does the job.
