Default Preparing Packet 3 for K3 in advance of great day

I dont mean to be frustrating and I did do an archive search but
without getting specific answers. My question is: I am awaiting my
129f approval for K3 process. I downloaded the DS-230 Part 1 and
filled it in and the DS156 as well, minus signatures etc. When the
US consulate finally does send me the checklist & Packet 3 . Can I fax
these downloads or will they only accept their forms filled out and
returned by mail?Do I make an appointment with the Dr and check off on
the list before the exam?Any good personal webpage couple experiences
out there for K3er Canadian and US?
Thanks for input

For the Colombian comsulate in Bogota:

I telephoned them in and asked for assistance. They faxed the entire packet 3 to me in the U.S. They gave me a fax number and said my wife could fax the ds-230 and the first page of her passport and they would send a letter. In the packet they gave the telephone numbers for the approved doctors for the physical. The interview is a walk-in Mon-Thur in Colombia. Your consulate will be different. Call or e-mail them.

Anthony, can you list the contents of the Bogota Packet 3? Each of the consulates/embassies seem to have "their" own packet so you really cannot rely on what was in someone else's packet or what someone else posted from a different country.

Exactly so...this is why I suggested that he contact "his" consulate. Unfortunately...I don't have my "immigration briefcase" with me today at work. But I will be glad to share later. I am traveling to Bogota on the 25'th of January to try and get the visa for her.
