PR wants to marry his non-citizen girlfriend and bring her here
a PR from the Philipines wants to marry his girlfriend from the Philippines and bring
her here. He already has children by her (eldest
13). What are his options? From my perspective he can go there. Marry her there and
then file an 1-130 form for "unmarried spouses and children" and wait, it looks
like 5 years. Is there any other options?
Is there a fiance visa to obtain for PRs or only for US citizens?
The 3rd option is become a US citizen (I guess a total of 5 year wait for him
--another 3 1/2) then I think it is easier to get a foreign spouse over (how long?)
and she petition the children or the children come with her at that time.
