Hello,
Quick question for a friend:
She is Permanent resident and intends to have a baby (her husband is
PR also). When the baby is born, would it be PR, USC or?
Thank you!

If the baby is born in the US, then it is a US citizen
This is in the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution
