Default Poverty Guidelines - Is $20,000 a year enough?

If I make $20,000 a year, is that enough to bring in a fiancé for purposes of
marriage? -- no kids.....

A little research would have brought you to the poverty guideline page for 2002 at:

http://aspe.os.dhhs.gov/poverty/02poverty.htm

A family of two is $11,940 plus 25% of that is $2,985 equal 14,925

If you learn to do it yourself you'll be better off in the future. Why just sit
around and have people feed you answers?
