Regardless of whether you are a newbie to the world of immigration and have a thousand questions or an old hand at the process and have completed one step and are about to leap to the next, the following resources are wonderful sources of information.

And if you have completed a process, the forum urges you to post your experiences, whether it is an interview or just a filing or just crossing the border, at the appropriate site. The information you give will help someone in the future.

The K-1 FAQ site (Thank You Mike Jones for your years of hard work and diligence) is no longer being maintained by its original owner and maintainer but through the courtesy of a newbie forum member, Steve2003, it is still being made available to you at:

The K1 FAQ: http://bcis.stephenpalik.com/faq/k1faq.htm

PLEASE NOTE THAT I CANNOT SUBSTANTIATE THAT THE FAQ SITE IS BEING UPDATED AND MAINTAINED. SO BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN USING ITS INFORMATION

The following sites are maintained by Kamya and up to the minute in information, as are the other sites unless specifically mentioned

Is your loved one from England and you have legal residency in the UK, then read about how to DCF at the US Consulate in London courtesy of Ameriscot. NOTE THIS SITE'S PRICE LIST REFLECTS THE FEES REQUIRED AT THE TIME THE POSTER MIGRATED TO THE US AND NOT THE PRESENT FEES. THE INFORMATION REMAINS VALUABLE, HOWEVER.
