Default Post-NVC timeline question

Have submitted all paperwork for I-130 and K3 visa, but with current processing times I think the I-130 will get approved first - Once all the hoopla and paperwork is done with the NVC and the NVC has sent the approved petition to the respective consulate, what's the timeline from there? Specifically but not all inclusive:

1. How long from NVC to consulate?
2. How many personal trips for applicant to consulate?
3. How long from consulate receipt until final visa interview?

I realize that these times probably differ between consulates, so if anyone has information specific to Tokyo it would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps my timeline will help, but this is for London, UK not Tokyo. So i'm sure it varys from country to country based on your postal service, efficiency of embassy staff etc:

• NOA1 - 8th September 2003 (and waiting......)
• Senators office contacted Nebraska - 16th March 2004 (day 190)
• RFE Online - 17th March 2004
• NOA2 Recieved Online - 9th April 2004
• Notification letter recieved from NVC - 29th April 2004
UK PROCESS:
• London recieves I-129f from NVC - 29th April 2004
• Packet 3 recieved from London - 30th April 2004
• Packet 4 recieved from London - 8th May 2004
• U.S. Embassy London Interview - 2nd June 2004

Refer to my signature for our I-130 (IV) timeline...

As far as I know, there is only one trip to the consulate for the interview. I would guess that each consulate can be different in this respect.
