Post 129F approval questions

Anyone know how long it takes the MSC to get info to the NVC after
129F approval for K3? I was approved on the 15th and the NVC still
doesn't have our case number in their system.

Also, anyone have experience bypassing NVC, or is this impossible?
I've read that some people send original 129F approval letter to
consulate to expedite K3 processing. We have everything required for
K3 interview. Will they issue a K3 without receiving scanned docs
from NVC? I am considering sending everything we've filed to the
outlying embassy. Is this a waste?
