I want to hear your suggestions. I am married to a USC, and I am going to enter bthe US on a J visa. I know this is extremely risky if the offcial realizes I am going to enter the US with a non immigrant visa with immigrant intent. I have no other choice, because the waiver is still in process and I need to travel to my country urgently. Please, if you know of suggestions that i should have at the airport let me know.
Thanks

You are probably screwed and don't ask for advice on how to break the law here.

Thank you DC Mark,
That really boosts my confidence, your words are the best thing of the day.
Probably you have never been in a situation like this. I am glad you are perfect and have no problems.

Just ignore people like DCMark. It's both cruel and impolite to post such
comments as he did. Just disregard stupid comments like that and don't let
it disappoint you.
I don't know if I can really answer your question, but I'll try. I think you
are indeed facing a big risk. I don't know what your situation is like and
why you need to travel urgently, and entering the US on a J visa with an
immigrant intent is not a good thing. Frankly speaking, it's illegal and you
probably know that. If that is going to be a problem in reality, nobody can
say. First of all, you'll be asked questions about your plans in the US at
POE. If there is any suspicion by the immigration officer, he can ban your
entry, especially if you say that your waiver is pending. If you lie at
POE, it can be entered in the computer and might later be an obstacle when
you will be getting a green card. I don't think that anyone can say what the
officer at the airport is going to do, but you will certainly be asked
questions about the purpose and length of your stay and why you travel on
J-visa.
I am not a lawyer though, the above said is just my opinion. If you want
advise of a lawyer or opinion of more experienced people, you can also try
another forum http://www.immigration-information.com/ , so far I had a lot
of my questions answered there.
Good luck with everything and success!

What does "if you know of suggestions that i should have at the airport"
