Hi !

I recently (dec. 14th) arrived on a CR1 Visa to the US from Germany. I
wanted to make sure that I would post my experiences at all the right boards
(after all - the experiences of the one who went before me were really a big
help).
The POE experience site that is linked to Kamya only is for K1 experiences,
is that right ? Maybe I am missing a link.....

Unfortunately I believe it was set up originally for the K-1 arrival. The whys and wherefores are because of the issue of the EAD card and/or 90 day stamped permission to work which the K-1 recipient would like to get at the POE. By having the list it helped those looking for POEs that issued one or the other.

A person arriving in the US with an approved I-130 does not have that worry as they receive an I-551 in their passport at the time of entry and all the permanent residency rights inherent with the green card.

By posting your full experience on the I-130/DCF page you can include your POE experience there at the same time.
