No mention of their religious beliefs was mentioned, just the law. However, even if
they are loosely interpreting the law in ALgeria, I am betting there is a nearby
country they can both meet in that wouldn't have this problem. The cost of him
traveling to that country could be minor. The cost of her traveling there will be
more, but if she should meet him before going through this process.
