Get rid of your attorney! She is advising you to do something that is totally illegal! By the way if you do marry on tthe VWP and decide to stay and adjust staus if your case is denied you have no right to an appeal. There are hundreds of us on here that have done it the right way. Do you want to live in fear? It's stressfull enough going through the proper channels. I can't imagine doing it illegally
