Please Help! - I-130 file for UK Citizen Wife
I am going to file I-130 for my wife (UK citizen), who is currently in
UK:
1- Is there any advantage filing from USA or UK?
2- Can she visit USA after I filing I-130 ?
3- What is the processing time?
I would appreciate your help/suggestion on this.
