Please help brothers/sisters (Very Urgent)

Hello, I got employment based permanent residency of USA recently. How I can bring my
wife now. I got married before I get approved for permanent residency. This residency
is employment based. I was H1 before. I could not bring my wife as H4 for some
personal reason. Please help me what should I do now to bring her? How long it might
take? Please response if you know. Thanks in advance. Shamim

Yes. It can be done through "follow-to-join" procedure. I do not know how to proceed
this procedure. Around 96/97 it could be done through
1)Applying I-824 : Not sure whether it still works.
2)Visas Omega : Dont know still it works or not
3)Just follow up in the cosulate back home: should follow up the consulate and ask to
begin "follow-to-join" procedure

Please, if you have any idea about "follow-to-join" procedure, please explain. Visas
Omega is the best way. Does anybody know whether is it still doable in this 2002.
