Please give me some advice.....
Hi!!
I am Australian and my fiancee is American.
About 6 months ago I applied 6 months holiday visa to US but denied..
lady at Sydney consulate said because I have boyfriend in US I
shouldn't go there and coming back with holiday visa I should apply
permanent residency.... So my boyfriend and I talked about it and
deceit to get married in Australia this year.
Now all my paper works has done and waiting him to come to
Australia...
Here is my question...
Is there any effect or problems my first holiday visa denied with
I-130 visa which we are going to apply this time?
on my passport has stamp on and shows 241b....
If anyone know about anything... please give me an advice...
Thank you very much for you time to read this.

You'd be alright if you have the AOS going.

There should not be a problem with I-130.
They will probably ask about it when you have your interview and you just need to tell them the truth about it.

214(b) is a generic denial that you were unable to prove you were a bona fide non-immigrant. IOW, what the ConOff told you. Should be no problem.
