Default Picked the wrong consulate for k-1?

So there I was, filling in the I-129 for my Torontonian fiancee, and without
thinking too much about it I entered Toronto for the consulate where she'd do the
consulate thing.

I gather that Toronto doesn't do that, though, since doing that in the largest city
in Canada would be far too sensible for State. I'd be tickled to be mistaken though.

So, will this result in a Big Giant Delay? Or will INS just ship it off to Montreal
without my having to do anything?

When incorrect an US Consulate is requested then they usually send it directly to Montreal. The second NOA will tell you where it was sent.

BTW there are only two ... Montreal and Vancouver ... for K visas. And only Montreal for immigration visas.
