Physical exams for K Visa's AOS
I have read and know that another physical examination is not required for the K-1
and K-2 Visa for the AOS package if the first one was done as part of the interview
process within the past year. However, we must include documentation certifying that
all vaccinations are up to date. Does anyone know what form is used to certify that
all vaccinations are complete?? And are only certain doctors certified to complete
this form?? And does anyone know if there is a form which says that the medical exam
is waivered for the AOS?? Thanks for your help.
