What is their polciy on EAD,AOS,AP walk ins? thanks

The Phoenix Office USCIS link has no info that would answer your question. In a nutshell, AP and EAD can be done via walk in, but you likely won't be getting your documents any sooner (I've heard many different outcomes). With AOS, you'll need to mail your whole application in, or if you go by the office, you can put your whole application in a drop box.
