Petition for citizenship for a minor
Two part question:
My mother who just became a citizen in the past few months will like
to start a petiton for my sister who is a minor and would like to know
what forms need to be filled out in order to start that process.
Also my mother and sister entered the country leagaly, my mother then
via a Resident green card which is now invalid due to her becoming a
citizen and my sister via a Visa B issued to her. I woule like to know
if they also need to stay in the country while the petition si being
taken with INS.
