pending for I485
My friend is in H1 but he could be laid off soon due to company's
performance. Now his wife(H1 too) has filed 140 and 485 concurrently and has
received the receipt notices for 485 and 140. Now if he is laid off, is it
necessary for him to file H4? Is he in pending status after
receiving 485 receipt notice?
