Hello Justin,
I faxed to Warsaw on Dec 27 to open a provisional file for Anna. But I
never received a confirmation from them on this. On Jan 7 I received the
following email:
Dear Sir,

I asked them to send the packet by Fedex but they sent it to Anna by mail (I
think). Anyway she received the packet three on Jan 11 and will fax back
form OF-169 on Jan 13. So , I received the e-mail and then she received the
package.
