Packet 3 Questions
We are filling out the forms in Packet 3 for my fiancee. Some help please.
1. I assume we affix the photos to the 156 before sending. Any preference on
the method with which they are affixed?
2. She is coming with her 12 year old son. I am assuming a 156 and 230-1 for
him also.
3. Where it talks about school for him, am I assume we put his elementary
school where he is now attending (for 230) and will be attending (for 156).
