I received a letter from the London Embassy on Saturday that says the following:-
We are pleased to inform you that we have received an approved petition in support of you fiance(e) or k3/4 visa application. You now need to complete appropriate forms and collect required documents. A detailed explanation of the process is found at:
http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/iv/iv_15.html
Once you have notified us that you have all your documents, we will schedule an appointment for the visa interview.
All fiance(e) and k3/4 applicants, regardless of age, are required to undergo a medical examination with the Embassy approved physician. More information on how to arrange for a medical examination can be located at: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new...v/medexam.html
Please read and follow all the instructions very carefully. Your case is filed under yuor name as shown below. When communicating with this office, either by telephone or letter, you must provide your name and case number exactly as shown in this letter. If your name is spelled incrrectly, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
