Packet 3 ... "already"? :)
A note to the team: 
I finally received the packet 3 today.
The reason why it took so long? The NVC never sent off the "electronic file"... ooopppssss mistake guy's.
After talking to a lady at the Consulate, she said that the NVC was backlogged.
Anyway, I got it
