Yup, Kate Moss entered a high-profile spell in rehab because of overindulging in sherbet.

And the law doesn't state that an individual could be inadmissible due to "promulgating" drugs -- if writing about one's own experiences with psychedelics even amounts to that -- but due to being a past or present user.

Now you're down to the issue of "the discretion of the Border
Protection officer". The one in the case you referred to did his job
properly according to USA immigration law (the guy freely confessed to
having used the drugs); the ones who admit other known drug users
don't choose to do so.

Would you not need some Drug issues to be considered seriously for a P anyway?
