Is overseas delivery by DHL to NVC OK?
Anyone used DHL to deliver forms to NVC, at:
32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth NH 03801?

So can you send forms to NVC by any express courier (FedEx, DHL, Australia Post Express, etc.)?

Could this be correct? Or is it just the person at the counter.?
4 days DHL versus 28 days for Santiago Chile Express.

The DHL genius at the counter said TODAY, "we can't send the letter because it doesn't go to a person. It must be addressed to a person."

Ok,when you go to the office,there is no need to tell them if that is the person or not. They will require Telephone number for the receiver for sure. As NVC doesn't point any Tel.numbers you can use your fiance's (spouse's ) number. That's how I did it. So I sent the packege to the address written above and it was there withing 4 days
Here is the sheet of paper they gave to me when I sent my doc. to NVC:

Delivery address:Attention ACL,32 Rochester Ave,Porthmouth,NH New Hampshire
Postcode:03801
Country: usa
Contact person: NA
Phone:you can write your relative's number as I said

You are a genius! I've been going around with this for days, on multiple forums and getting no response. Some locations are so remote that there's no competition among carriers leaving only one with quirky rules! YAY!
