Are orginals necessary to file I129f to Chicago...??

Hi..our next step is filing to chicago under the life act I129 for my
husband and the instructions state to file orginal documents (birth
cert, marriage cert and my divorce decree) .... our problem is CSC has
them! We requested them back with a certified letter (including a
stamped return evelope) in Aug 02 and also on the I864 request for
return of documents and again in Oct 02....so, right now INS has 4
requests for their return and 4 sets of postage!! I finally got smart
in Decemeber and paid nearly $100 to get new orginals to file in Jan
03 our129f...

my question is....is this common? Are they not processing anything in
CSC, I see posts here, where certain petitions are not even worked...

We have been married since June 13, 2002...and have tried to be
patient...but INS is really pushing us over the edge emotionally....

Is the 129f really taking only 8-12 wks to process....?>?

Can anyone recommend an attorney that sucessfully filed a waiver I601
for CMT?

God help us all!! Marriage is hard enough, INS is impossible ....
