Default opinions please - moving but PO Box

My husband filed our I-130 at Nebraska while living there.

He now lives in Arizona. (i'm in Canada awaiting K3).

This question is only regarding HIS address. We will fill out the I-865 (Change of Sponsor's address) and sent it to NVC and Nebraska and California Service center.

Where he lives his mail isn't being delivered properly and people have been stealing mail so he's had to get a PO box.

Do we tell them about his new address, but that we'd like his mailing address to still be the same in Nebraska? (his mom lives there still) since as far as I know they won't sent to PO Boxes?

any suggestions?

thanks

PO boxes are perfectly fine for receiving mail from USCIS. Some forms require a street address but allow one to have a separate mailing address. I have been using a PO box for my USCIS-related mail for the past 4 months without any trouble.

I have a PO Box address where all communication went, I was told as long
as BCIS had my current street address, a POB for any mailings would be
fine.

Zenas,

The I-865 is used by a person who has an I-864 affidavit of support in force. Is this your husband's situation at this point in time?

Regards, JEff
