Hi,
My friend has been approved for a green card but before she was
approved, she got married to her fiance. Is it still okay to add her
husband to her I-485? Her husband is currently an H1B visa holder.
Thanks.

In general, yes, but the terminology is not quite right. The husband would
file his own I-485 in a following-to-join process, based on eligibility as a
dependent alien through his wife's I-140.
A person can't be added to another person's I-485. Each I-485 is for one
person.
