OK...I am gonna need help now!

I must admit we have been sitting on our thumbs for months waiting for an approval. I have forgot anything I learned and am ready to get back in the swing of things.

Can someone point me to some great sites for the Consulate step of the K-1? Particularly the Montreal Consulate?
