Ohh no!!! Removal of Conditions
Time has gone so fast and now just realized I am beyond the 90 days to
file for Removal of Conditions. The penalty sounds so severe. Has
anyone else done this? What happened?
Anyway, I am sending it today. 40 days prior to expiration!

Something doesn't add up. If your GC doesn't expire for forty days, you are
still within limits. The 90 days is the earliest, not the latest point.

Re: Ohh no!!! Removal of Conditions
This is what it says: To me it sounds mandatory to file before 90
days!
If you fail to properly file the Form I-751 (Petition to Remove the
Conditions on Residence) within the 90-day period before your second
anniversary as a conditional resident, your conditional resident
status will automatically be terminated and the Service will order
removal proceedings against you.
AND
The Form I-751 can be filed after the 90-day period if you can prove
in writing to the director of the Regional Service Center that there
was good cause for failing to file the petition on time.
