NVC- Documents needed for DS-230??

NVC- Documents needed for DS-230??
I am in the middle of the Immigrant Visa (CR1) process for my wife, and I had a quick question.
When NVC sent out the Agent Choice Letter, my wife selected me as her agent. I am now waiting for NVC to send me the DS-230, but my question is:
Will NVC want me to send my wife's other documents along with the DS-230?
That is, will they need the Police Certificate, Birth Certificate, etc.? Or is that requested by the consulate when they receive the file from NVC?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, they ask for that stuff for applicants from Egypt. I hope you got it already.
